PHILOSOPHY

I fully believe in the power of naturopathic medicine. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.

My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. Time and again I have seen the incredible healing power of my treatments. Please contact me or schedule a telemedicine consultation to find out more.

MY JOURNEY

As a young child, I saw many family members who were ill going through the existing medical system. I witnessed a system of "sick-care" that treated a disease only when it had progressed, often leading to a person being hospitalized or potentially being on medication for life. I actually rejected medicine as a potential career for me, and instead focused on psychology where I felt that people could truly get better. After working in behavioral health for a couple years, I found that even in this setting, there were many underlying causes perpetuating not only mood and mental health concerns, but also co-occurring physical concerns. I wanted to be able to help people manage both their mental and physical health using both conventional and eastern philosophies, and this is when I was introduced to naturopathic medicine for the first time. When a mentor mentioned naturopathic medicine to me, it was as if everything suddenly made sense. I knew that this was my path and destiny - to become a naturopathic doctor and healer.
